Send Announcements to your event attendees:
Now you can send mails to your registered attendees through Townscript.
How to “send announcements” to your attendees?
– Go in your dashboard -> Click on “Manage” event -> Click on “Attendees” -> Click on Send announcements and send a generic message to everyone.
You can also send announcements to a particular attendee by clicking on “action” dropdown and choosing “send message” in the dropdown.
You can send announcements to a particular set of people like “Early bird” ticket buyers by choosing ticket name filter and then clicking send announcements.
Now you can refund money to your attendees from your dashboard itself. Yes! No need to send us requests to refund money to your attendees.
How to refund money to your attendee?
Go in your dashboard -> Click on “Manage” event -> Click on “Attendees” -> Search for attendee who you want to refund -> Click on Select Action on the right most column -> Choose “Refund“
Transfer of Tickets :
This is one of the most important features in conference registration management. Many a times few of the attendees want to transfer their tickets to other friends/colleagues. Now, you need not to send us a request to transfer the tickets, you can transfer the tickets to any other attendee in just a single click.
How to transfer ticket or edit attendee event details?
Go in your dashboard -> Click on “Manage” event -> Click on “Attendees” -> Search for attendee who you want to refund -> Click on Select Action on the right most column -> Choose “Edit Attendee Info“
After you click on Edit Attendee Info, a pop-up will come up and then you can add new attendee info.
“Access Code” Functionality to give discount to a particular company or set of people:
This feature is again a very important feature for conference organisers/ marathon organisers / trainers who want to give discount to a particular company.
It is an important feature which helps you in giving password to hidden tickets meant for particular company employees, partners, sponsors or other guests
In order to use this feature, first you need to create a new ticket by going in “Registration” Tab and clicking on add ticket. Make it hidden.
After that go in Discount tab and choose access code -> Add Access Code ( E.g. IBM) -> save it. So now, only those people who have the access code “IBM” will be able to access that secret ticket.
Also, wanted to update you that we are launching Pay with other modes (NEFT, Cheque, Cash etc) and a new UI soon which will be much cleaner and much better.
